About this department
The Human Resource Management Department ensures the Assembly has the right people, with the right skills, in the right positions to deliver services to residents.
It manages recruitment and placement, staff records, promotions, performance agreements and appraisals, and the welfare and conditions of service of all staff of the Assembly.
The Department also coordinates capacity building and training needs assessments in line with Local Government Service policy.
