Central Administration
The Secretariat of the Assembly. Coordinates the General Assembly, Executive Committee, records, protocol and the day-to-day administrative machinery of the district.
About this department
The Central Administration Department is the Secretariat of the District Assembly and is responsible for the provision of support services, and for effective and efficient general administration and organisation of the District Assembly.
The Department manages all sections of the Assembly, including Estate, Transport, Logistics and Procurement, Accounts, Stores, Security and Human Resource Management.
The Department also coordinates the general administrative functions, development planning and management functions, budgeting functions, rating functions, statistics and information services, and the human resource planning and development of the Assembly.
